Your Octopi account login is the email address you used to create your user account. If you're not sure what email address you used to sign up, you can follow our account recovery process. This process will differ depending on your role within the organization.
If you're currently logged in to your account, you can check what email address you used by going to your user Profile. Click your user name, usually your first and last name, in the upper right corner of the purple top bar. Then click Profile.
Non-Admin Users
If you're not an Admin user, you must contact an Admin user at the terminal to recover your email address. All user accounts are managed by the terminal organization.
Non-Admin User Types include:
- Agents
- Brokers
- Consignees
- Freight Forwarders
- Terminal (Non-admin terminal employees)
- Shipping Lines
- Trucking Companies
If you fall under one of these user types or you are unsure of your user type, you should contact an Admin user within the terminal organization with any questions about or support with your user account.
Admin Users
If you are an Admin user, first try contacting another Admin user located at your terminal for the fastest process to recover your email address.
If there are no other Admins available at your terminal, email the Octopi Customer Success team to request an email recovery. You will be required to verify your identity before this process can be completed by our team.
The verification process will take time for the Octopi Team to complete, so be sure to try resolving login issues with an Admin user within your organization first.
